花岗岩残积土地层中盾构机掘进参数统计分析

摘要 为揭示花岗岩残积土地层中盾构掘进参数的关联规律,基于深圳地铁5号线盾构施工数据,采用π定理量纲分析与非线性拟合相结合的方法,对掘进速度、总推力、刀盘转速及刀盘扭矩进行多维度相关性建模。通过数据分组平均预处理降低波动干扰,结合地层物理参数(压缩模量、黏聚力、内摩擦角等)构建参数表达式,并验证模型精度。研究表明:掘进速度与贯入度呈强线性正相关;掘进速度越大,贯入度越大;总推力可表征为刀盘扭矩、掘进速度及地层压缩模量的非线性函数;表明总推力与掘进速度、刀盘转速和刀盘扭矩密切相关;刀盘扭矩与推力、贯入度的关系符合S形曲线分布(R^(2)=0.88),但受地层参数均值简化假设影响,误差达84.48%。研究证实,π定理与数据拟合的协同方法可有效量化盾构参数间隐含关系,适用于工程初步分析,相比经验法更具理论客观性,较人工智能方法更易操作。 To investigate the correlation of shield tunneling parameters in granite residual soil formations,this study analyzed construction data from Shenzhen Metro Line 5 using a hybrid approach combining dimensional analysis based on theπtheorem and nonlinear fitting.Key parameters,including excavation speed,total thrust,cutterhead rotation speed,and cutterhead torque,were modeled through data averaging preprocessing to reduce fluctuations.Geological parameters(elastic modulus,cohesion,internal friction angle,etc.)were integrated to establish mathematical expressions,with model accuracy systematically validated.Research demonstrates that tunneling speed and penetration rate exhibit a strong linear positive correlation,where higher excavation rates correspond to greater penetration.The total thrust force can be expressed as a nonlinear function of cutterhead torque,excavation speed,and formation compressibility modulus,indicating its close relationship with excavation speed,cutterhead rotational speed,and torque.The relationship between cutterhead torque,thrust force,and penetration rate follows an S-shaped curve distribution(R²=0.88).However,due to the simplified assumption of average formation parameter values,the error rate reaches 84.48%.The study confirms that theπtheorem-data fitting synergy effectively quantifies implicit relationships between shield parameters,offering theoretical objectivity over empirical methods and operational simplicity compared to AI-based approaches.
