摘要
复杂地层条件下盾构隧道施工是地下工程技术人员需要解决的技术难题。依托安庆市污水尾水管穿越石门湖通道工程,结合工程地质和盾构机特征,构建了盾构掘进参数计算模型,并依据现场监测数据和理论分析,优化了盾构掘进参数。研究结果表明:构建的计算模型可简化计算滚刀破岩时所需滚动力和垂直力,验证了计算模型的合理性和正确性;盾构掘进过程中所需总推力的显著影响因素为刀盘破碎力F_(1),克服盾体摩阻力的推力F_(2)和刀盘稳定力F_(3);刀盘扭矩的显著影响因素为刀盘破碎扭矩T_(1)和刀盘正面、背面、侧面摩阻力扭矩T_(2),T_(3),T_(4);总推力和刀盘扭矩计算模型得到的单刀破岩垂直力相差不大于10 kN,且单刀破岩垂直力与中主应力系数β成反比。研究成果可为石门湖通道工程提供技术支持,也可为类似工程提供参考。
Shield tunnel construction under complex stratum conditions is a technical problem to be solved by underground engineering technicians.Based on Anqing sewage draft tube crossing Shimen Lake channel project,combined with engineering geology and shield machine characteristics,this paper proposed a shield tunneling parameter calculation model,and calculated the applicable shield tunneling parameters under background of this project according to the field monitoring data and theoretical analysis.The results are as follows.The calculation model in this paper can simplify the calculation of the rolling force and vertical force required by the hob when breaking rock,and verify the rationality and correctness of the calculation model.The significant influencing factors of the total thrust required during shield tunneling are the cutter head breaking force F_(1),the thrust F_(2) to overcome the friction of the shield body and the cutter head stability force F_(3).The significant influencing factors of the cutter head torque are the cutter head breaking torque T_(1) and the friction torque T_(2),T_(3),T_(4) on the front,back and side of the cutter head.The difference between the vertical force of rock breaking by single cutter obtained from the calculation model of total thrust and cutter head torque is no more than 10 kN,and the vertical force of rock breaking by single cutter and the coefficient of medium principal stressβInversely proportional.The research results of this paper can provide technical support for Shimen Lake chan-nel project and reference for similar projects.
