矿山法隧道上跨既有地铁隧道安全施工分析

摘要 针对深惠城际铁路西深区间矿山法隧道上跨深圳地铁5号线长深区间施工过程中可能对既有地铁隧道结构产生的影响进行分析与研究。通过建立三维数值模型,模拟隧道施工过程中的地层和结构变形,分析新建隧道与既有地铁隧道的相互作用及其对结构变形的影响,模拟结果表明,在复杂的地下环境中,新建隧道的施工对既有地铁隧道的结构稳定性存在显著影响,尤其是在隧道上跨段,合理的施工方法和支护设计对于确保施工期间的地铁安全至关重要。基于数值模拟分析,提出了若干施工建议,以降低对既有地铁隧道的影响,为类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。 Analyzes and studies the potential impact on the existing subway tunnel structure during the construction process of the mining method tunnel crossing the Shenzhen Metro Line 5 in the West Shenzhen section of the Shenzhen Huizhou Intercity Railway.Establishes a three-dimensional numerical model to simulate the geological and structural deformation during tunnel construction,and analyzes the interaction between new tunnels and existing subway tunnels and their impact on structural deformation.The simulation results show that in complex underground environments,the construction of new tunnels has a significant impact on the structural stability of existing subway tunnels,especially in the upper span of the tunnel.Reasonable construction methods and support design are crucial to ensure subway safety during construction.Based on numerical simulation analysis,proposes several construction suggestions to reduce the impact on existing subway tunnels and provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
