摘要
在城市建设进入“存量更新”与“文化自信”的双重背景下,高校历史校区已从封闭的“教学容器”转变为城市文化遗产网络的关键节点。如何在保留记忆载体的同时重构空间叙事,活化利用原有空间,成为高校历史校区改造设计的难点。文章以南京大学鼓楼校区为例,提出“文脉关联-功能活化-设施协同”三段式改造设计机制,并通过若干典型节点的实验性设计,验证该机制的可复制性与可推广性,以实现在传统外壳下满足当前高校对环境多样化的需求,服务于江苏省“十四五”文化发展规划“打造人文江苏”的战略目标。
With urban development entering the dual era of"incremental renewal"and"cultural confidence,'historical university campuses have transformed from enclosed"teaching containers"into key nodes within urban cultural heritage networks.Balancing the preservation of historical memory with the renewal of spatial narratives presents significant challenges in campus regeneration design.Using the Gulou Campus of Nanjing University as a case study,this research proposes a three-stage design framework-cultural continuity,functional revitalization,and infrastructural coordination.Through experimental design interventions at representative sites,the study verifies the framework's replicability and scalability.The findings demonstrate that,within heritage constraints,this approach can meet the contemporary university's diverse spatial needs while supporting Jiangsu province's 14th Five-Year Cultural Development Plan goal of building a"Humanistic Jiangsu".The study contributes a transferable design paradigm for integrating heritage conservation with educational modernization.
