摘要
目的 探索以岗位胜任力导向的BOPPPS教学模式在人体形态学实验教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2022级教改班1班、教改2班学生为研究对象,其中2022级教改班1为对照组、教改2班为实验组,对照组实施以岗位胜任力为导向的传统教学,实验组实施以岗位胜任力为导向,应用BOPPPS教学模式教学。结果 实验组在BOPPPS教学模式下的后测成绩为(8.85±0.74)分,优于前测成绩(8.31±0.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);期末测试对比实验组和对照组成绩,结果发现实验组成绩(8.76±0.85)分优于对照组(8.39±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组相比在临床应用及与患者沟通能力、实践操作及执业能力、爱岗敬业及社会适应能力、形态与功能联系能力提升、自主学习与整合能力方面都有了显著提高。结论 以岗位胜任力导向的BOPPPS教学模式在人体形态学实验教学中具有显著的应用成效。将BOPPPS教学模式与岗位胜任力培养目标相结合,能够有效突破传统实验教学的局限,实现从知识验证到能力整合的转变,为人体形态学实验教学改革提供了可借鉴的实践路径,对培养应用型医学人才具有重要的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode oriented towards job competency in experimental teaching of human morphology course.Methods Students from Class 1 and Class 2 of the 2022 Education Reform Class were selected as the research subjects.Class 1 of the 2022 Education Reform Class served as the control group,while Class 2 served as the experimental group.The control group received traditional teaching oriented towards job competency,while the experimental group received teaching oriented towards job competency using the BOPPPS teaching model.Results The post test results of the experimental group under BOPPPS teaching mode were better than the pre-test results,with pre-test scores of 8.31±0.79 and post test scores of 8.85±0.74,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The final test scores of the experimental group and the control group was compared,and found that the experimental group had better scores than the control group.The control group had a score of 8.39±0.89,while the experimental group had a score of 8.76±0.85,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed significant improvements in clinical application and communication skills with patients,practical operation and practice abilities,job dedication and social adaptation abilities,morphological and functional connectivity abilities,as well as self-learning and integration abilities.Conclusions The BOPPPS teaching model oriented towards job competency has significant application effects in human morphology experimental teaching.Combining the BOPPPS teaching model with job competency training objectives can effectively break through the limitations of traditional experimental teaching,achieve the transformation from knowledge verification to ability integration,provide a practical path for the reform of human morphology experimental teaching,and have important promotion value for cultivating applied medical talents.
