摘要
目的:探讨绘图作品反馈法在人体形态学课程中对护生健康教育能力提升的应用效果。方法:选择2021级护理学专业1班115名护生为对照组,2班115名护生为试验组。在人体形态学课程中对照组采用传统教学法培养,试验组采用绘图作品反馈法培养护生的健康教育能力。干预前后分别比较两组护生人体形态学绘图作品反馈成绩和健康教育能力。结果:干预前两组护生人体形态学绘图作品成绩和健康教育能力得分差异均无统计学意义;干预后试验组护生人体形态学绘图作品成绩和健康教育能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组护生干预后人体形态学绘图作品成绩和健康教育能力得分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:人体形态学绘图作品反馈法能提升护生形成性评价成绩和健康教育能力。
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of a drawing-based feedback method in the human morphology course for improving nursing students'health education competence.Methods:A total of 230 first-year nursing students from the 2021 cohort were divided into two groups:Class 1(n=115)as the control group,and Class 2(n=115)as the experimental group.The control group received traditional instruction,while the experimental group was trained using the drawing-based feedback method.Pre-and post-intervention comparisons were made on students'drawing feedback scores and health education competence.Results:Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in drawing scores or health education ability.After the intervention,the experimental group showed significantly higher scores in both aspects compared to the control group(P<0.01).Additionally,the experimental group's post-intervention scores were significantly higher than their pre-intervention scores(P<0.01).Conclusion:The drawing-based feedback method in human morphology effectively enhances formative assessment outcomes and improves nursing students'competence in health education.
