新型电力系统线路保护适应性分析

摘要 我国逐步实施碳达峰行动,加快规划建设新型能源体系。新型电力系统新能源逐步成为装机和电量的主体,但新能源电力电子变换器非线性受控特性,使得新能源接入电力系统后故障暂态期间不能以恒定电压源处理分析,对线路保护故障分析处理有较大影响。本文分析对比了传统电力系统和新型电力系统差异特征及线路保护故障分析面临的问题,提出线路保护适应新型电力系统的应对策略及改进方案,为提升新型电力系统线路保护适应性提供了参考。 China gradually implements carbon peak actions and accelerates the planning and construction of a new energy system.New energy sources are progressively becoming the main contributors in terms of installed capacity and electricity generation.However,the power electronic converters used in new energy generation exhibit nonlinear and controlled characteristics.As a result,when integrated into the power system,these energy sources cannot be treated as constant voltage sources during fault transients,significantly impacting the analysis and handling of line protection faults.This paper examines and compares the distinctive features of traditional and modern power systems,along with the challenges faced in line protection fault analysis.It further proposes adaptive strategies and improvement measures for line protection tailored to the requirements of the new energy system.The results provide a reference for improving the adaptability of line protection in the new power system.
