摘要
针对大规模风电场投入运行后,风电场接入系统线路保护有时会不正确动作的情况,利用实时数字仿真系统(RTDS)作为仿真试验平台,建立了风电机组、风电场、线路保护试验模型,在风电场等值模型校核正确的基础上,进行了线路保护金属性瞬时性故障等试验,试验结果认为风电场接入系统线路保护不正确动作主要是由于风电场的弱馈特性和双馈风力发电机暂态特性造成的,对此提出了线路保护的改进措施:优先选用分相电流差动保护作为主保护,改进距离保护闭锁原则,改进故障选相元件以及开发新原理的保护装置。
With large scale large-scale wind farms putting into operation, line protection incorrect actions have occurred frequently. Using real-time digital simulator(RTDS) which can study the electromagnetic transient deeply as test platform, the double-fed induction generator's (DFIG) model, the wind farm equivalent model, line protection test model are established, complete the test items such as property of metallic fault, by which reaching a conclusion that the reason for incorrect actions of line protection are weak feedback characteristics of wind farm and transient characteristics of doubly-fed wind generator. The improvement measures and suggestions are given to line protection, such as choosing split-phase current differential protection as the main protection, improving principle of distance protection, and developing protection device of new principle.
