硅酸盐-高聚物预聚体复合注浆材料制备及性能研究

Preparation and performance study of silicate-polymer prepolymer composite grouting material

摘要 为进一步提升高聚物注浆材料的综合性能,针对现有高聚物注浆材料成本高、力学强度不足等问题,采用聚合二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)与聚醚多元醇为基础原料,通过原位聚合工艺合成高聚物预聚体,并引入水玻璃作为无机填料进行复合改性,研发出一种高强度、低成本的硅酸盐改性高聚物注浆材料。结果表明:当预聚体含量为10%时,该注浆材料表现出优异的力学性能,其抗压强度达到了52.6MPa,粘结强度为4.88MPa,抗拉强度为19.4MPa。此外,该材料还展现出了良好的抗老化性能,在道路养护与修复领域具有极大的应用潜力。 In order to further improve the comprehensive performance of polymer grouting materials and address the issues of high cost and insufficient mechanical strength of existing polymer grouting materials,using polymer MDI and polyether polyol as basic raw materials to synthesize polymer prepolymers through in-situ polymerization process.By introducing water glass as inorganic filler for composite modification,a high-strength and low-cost silicate modified polymer grouting material was successfully developed.The experimental results showed that when the content of prepolymer was 10%,the grouting material exhibited excellent mechanical properties,with a compressive strength of 52.6MPa,a bonding strength of 4.88MPa,and a tensile strength of 19.4MPa.In addition,the material also demonstrated good anti-aging performance,indicating great application potential in the field of road maintenance and repair.
