摘要
为进一步指导改性高聚物注浆材料现场施工应用,结合注浆材料浆液粘度随时间变化情况构建了三维注浆扩散堵漏模型,采用文献C-S浆液压力分布情况对本模型正确性进行了验证,选用0.1m/s、0.2m/s、0.4m/s、0.7m/s和1.0m/s的流速和50kPa、100kPa、200kPa和500kPa的注浆压力工况进行数值模拟,初步得到了改性高聚物注浆材料在动水环境下的浆液扩散模式,进一步研究了不同流速和注浆压力工况下逆水流方向和横向扩散范围的大小,通过非线性极值函数推导出了流量、注浆压力与封堵截面面积间的数学关系式,研究结果可为改性高聚物注浆材料注浆堵漏施工应用提供指引。
To further guide the field application of modified polymer grouting materials in construction,a three-dimensional grouting diffusion and leakage plugging model was developed by incorporating the time-dependent viscosity variations of the grouting material.The validity of the model was verified against the grout pressure distribution patterns reported in literature C-S.Numerical simulations were conducted under flow velocities of 0.1m/s,0.2m/s,0.4m/s,0.7m/s,and 1.0m/s,combined with grouting pressures of 50kPa,100kPa,200kPa,and 500kPa.The results preliminarily revealed the diffusion patterns of modified polymer grouting materials under dynamic water conditions.Further analysis focused on the upstream diffusion range against water flow and lateral diffusion extent under varying flow velocities and grouting pressures.A mathematical relationship among flow rate,grouting pressure,and sealing cross-sectional area was derived through a nonlinear extremal function.These findings provide practical guidance for the on-site application of modified polymer grouting materials in leakage plugging engineering.
