繁忙高速不断交非开挖微创技术处治路面病害研究

摘要 本文基于有机注浆材料开展半刚性基层松散碎裂病害修复技术,并依托京港澳高速郑漯段路面养护项目开展试验段实施,采用探地雷达和取芯评价注浆修补效果,得出该非开挖微创技术可以很好地处治半刚性基层出现的松散破裂等病害,并具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 This article is based on organic grouting materials to carry out the repair technology of semi-rigid base loose and fractured diseases,and relies on the road maintenance project of Zhengluo section of Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway to carry out experimental section implementation.Ground penetrating radar and core sampling are used to evaluate the grouting repair effect.It is concluded that this non excavation minimally invasive technology can effectively treat loose and fractured diseases in semi-rigid base,and has good economic and social benefits.
