摘要
目的探讨单胺氧化酶(MAO)、单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(MLR)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、中性粒细胞与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(NHR)与冠心病(CHD)的关系,及其是否与冠状动脉病变严重程度存在联系。方法收集2022年7月至2023年12月就诊于中国医科大学附属盛京医院心血管内科接受冠状动脉造影的患者617例,分为冠心病组(451例)和非冠心病组(166例),比较两组间MAO、MLR、NLR、NHR的差异情况。依据Gensini评分标准将冠心病组人群进行分组,分析Gensini评分与MAO、MLR、NLR、NHR的相关性,评估其与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。结果冠心病组患者MAO、MLR、NLR、NHR均高于非冠心病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对冠心病组与非冠心病组中有统计意义的指标行二元logistic回归分析,结果显示:MLR(OR=1.05,95%CI 1.03~1.07,P<0.001)、MAO(OR=1.70,95%CI 1.48~1.94,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。不同Gensini评分分组中,评分最高组的NHR(4.97)、MAO(6.10 U/L)高于评分最低组NHR(4.07)、MAO(5.09 U/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MLR、MAO对冠心病的发生有一定的预测价值;不同Gensini评分分组中,NHR、MAO与冠状动脉病变严重程度具有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation of monoamine oxidase(MAO),monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio(MLR),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and neutrophil-to-high-density lipoprotein ratio(NHR)with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to explore whether they are associated with the severity of coronary artery lesions.Methods Totally 617patients who underwent coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from July 2022 to December 2023 were included,and they were divided into two groups:451cases in the CHD group and 166 cases in the non-CHD group.Differences in MAO,MLR,NLR,and NHR were compared between the two groups.The CHD group was further divided according to the Gensini scoring standard.The correlation between Gensini score and MAO,MLR,NLR,NHR was analyzed to assess their relationship with the severity of coronary artery lesions.Results Patients in the CHD group had higher levels of MAO,MLR,NLR,and NHR than those in the nonCHD group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis was conducted on the statistically significant indicators of the two groups,and the results showed that the two indicators had statistical differences:MLR(OR=1.05,95%CI 1.03-1.07,P<0.001),and MAO(OR=1.70,95%CI 1.48-1.94,P<0.001).Among the groups divided by different Gensini scores,the group with the highest score had higher NHR(4.97)and MAO(6.10 U/L)than the group with the lowest score[NHR(4.07),MAO(5.09 U/L)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusion MLR and MAO have certain predictive value for the occurrence of CHD.Among groups with different Gensini scores,NHR and MAO are associated with the severity of coronary artery lesions.
