摘要
低空经济作为全球竞相布局的新兴产业形态,正驱动全产业链多环节需求爆发式增长,但高技能人才的结构性短缺正成为限制产业发展的桎梏之一。目前,低空产业高职教育存在校企合作深度不足、专业设置失衡、教师团队欠缺和教学资源匮乏的问题。文章研究发现,低空产业作为新兴产业,企业与院校正处于同步起步的时代机遇中,产教融合的协同实践展现出显著优势。基于此,文章提出通过“一体化”产教融合生态圈、“微专业”快速响应机制、“双栖型”校企双师团队和“共享型”混合所有教学资源突破现有困境。
As an emerging industrial sector that countries worldwide are racing to develop,the low-altitude economy is driving explosive growth in demand across multiple segments of the entire industrial chain.However,the structural shortage of highly skilled talent has become one of the constraints limiting industrial growth.Currently,vocational education for the low-altitude industry faces issues such as insufficient depth in school-enterprise collaboration,imbalanced program offerings,a lack of qualified faculty,and scarce teaching resources.This study finds that,as a nascent industry,enterprises and educational institutions in the low-altitude sector are presented with a shared opportunity to grow in tandem,where collaborative industry-education integration demonstrates significant advantages.Based on this,the study proposes overcoming existing challenges through:“integrated”industry-education ecosystem,“micro-program”rapid response mechanism,a“dual-role”school-enterprise teaching team,“Shared”mixed-ownership teaching resources.
