摘要
劳动者是生产力中最活跃的要素。新质生产力以高质量、高效能为基本要求,重新定义了高素质技能型人才。职业院校作为培养技能型人才的主阵地,理应承担起培养高素质技能人才的重任。产教融合是培养高素质技能型人才的重要模式,而市域产教联合是推动职业教育产教融合的新模态。文章在分析新质生产力对高素质人才需求的内涵基础上,探讨了市域产教联合体的构建对于高素质技能型人才培养的意义。从掌握区域人才需求、创新生态培育、共定理实并重的人才培养方案、共同开发教育资源、共育教师队伍、共搭实训基地、共建增值评价体系7个维度分析了依托市域产教联合体背景,培育高素质技能型人才的策略。
Laborers are the most active element in productive forces.New quality productive forces have redefined high-quality skilled talents based on the basic requirements of high quality and high efficiency.Vocational colleges,as the main battlefield for cultivating skilled talents,should shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Industry-education integration is an important model for cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Municipal industry education consortium is a new model for promoting industry-education integration.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the demand for high-quality talents in new quality productive forces,this article explores the significance of the construction of municipal industry education consortium for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.Then analyzes the strategies for cultivating high-quality skilled talents under background of the municipal industry education consortium from seven dimensions:mastering regional talent demand,innovative ecological cultivation,a talent cultivation plan that emphasizes both theory and practice,joint development of educational resources,joint cultivation of teacher teams,joint establishment of training bases,and joint participation in the value-added assessment.
