摘要
低空经济作为产业链长、业态多元的新兴经济,其发展离不开适配型人才的支撑。职业教育作为与地方产业发展联系最紧密、服务最直接的教育类型,当前亟须解决的难题是如何构建契合低空经济产业发展要求的人才培养体系。文章运用SWOT分析方法,剖析贵州省内职业教育服务区域低空经济的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,进而提出应对措施:增调专业,为低空经济载体提供技术保障,并以“低空+”升级赋能传统优势专业;依托职业教育校企合作、产教融合基础,升级办学质量;建立订单班,构建招生-培养-就业一体化人才培养体系,培养留得住、用得上的高质量技能人才。
An emerging economy with long industrial chains and diverse formats relies on the support of adaptable talents for its development.Vocational education,being the educational type most closely linked to local industrial development and providing the most direct services,currently faces the urgent challenge of how to build a talent cultivation system that aligns with the requirements of low-altitude economic industrial development.This article employs the SWOT analysis method to examine the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of vocational education in Guizhou Province in serving the regional low-altitude economy.It then proposes countermeasures:adjusting and adding majors to provide technical support for low-altitude economic carriers,and upgrading traditional advantageous majors through"low-altitude+"empowerment;leveraging the foundation of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration in vocational education to enhance the quality of education;establishing order-based classes to build an integrated talent cultivation system encompassing enrollment,training,and employment,so as to cultivate high-quality skilled talents who can be retained,utilized.
