数字化赋能残疾人职业教育高质量发展的价值、逻辑框架与实现路径 被引量:2

The Value,Logical Framework and Implementation Pathways of Digital Empowerment in Advancing High-Quality Vocational Education for Persons with Disabilities

摘要 数字化赋能不仅是教育现代化的发展趋势和要求,也是实现残疾人职业教育高质量发展的重要引擎。残疾人职业教育作为促进残疾学生获得某种职业或生产劳动所需要的职业知识或技能的教育,应当顺应数字经济的发展方向。在此背景下,推动残疾人职业教育高质量发展,需要首先明确数字化赋能的价值,进而构建涵盖需求、结构、内容与目标的多维逻辑框架,并从利益相关主体的角度提出可操作的实践路径,包括构建数字化综合支持体系,深化内部变革与外部协作,提高教师数字能力与教学技能,创建产教融合的数字化合作模式。 Digital empowerment represents not only a developmental trend and requirement for educational modernization,but also serves as a key driver for achieving high-quality development in vocational education for persons with disabilities.As an educational paradigm designed to facilitate the acquisition of occupation-specific knowledge and technical competencies necessary for workforce participation and productive employment,vocational education for persons with disabilities must align strategically with the evolutionary trajectory of the digital economy.Within this context,enhancing the quality of vocational education for persons with disabilities necessitates first elucidating the multifaceted value proposition of digital empowerment,subsequently constructing a comprehensive multidimensional logical framework that encompasses needs assessment,structural design,curricular content,and pedagogical objectives.Furthermore,this paper proposes actionable implementation pathways from a stakeholder-oriented perspective to facilitate the digital transformation and quality enhancement of vocational education for persons with disabilities.
