摘要
以科技创新为支点“撬动”教育数字化转型和教育高质量发展,是智能时代教育改革创新的核心议题。科技赋能教育高质量发展的核心是以“科技、教育、人才”三位一体的协同发展、统筹规划为指引,以大规模、高质量、创新型人才的自主培养为目标,以科技创新为“支点”撬动教育服务能力的提升、教育实践样态的革新、智慧教育生态的重构,以此为教育数字化转型注入“新动能”,为创新型人才培养培育“新模式”,为教育可持续发展营造“新生态”。科技赋能教育高质量发展主要体现为:聚焦创新人才培养,推动传统育人理念变革;打造智慧学习环境,革新教育教学实践场域;推动优质资源聚合,实现教育资源精准供给;挖掘数据要素潜能,构筑教育变革动力引擎;提升教育服务能力,革新教育服务供给体系;革新教育教学理念,打造人机协同教育模式;推动评价模式转型,实现智能精准教育评价;变革教育管理机制,推动系统精准教育治理。未来科技赋能教育高质量发展需要进一步强化数字教育理论创新、推动教育智能技术研发、强化多源异构数据汇聚、推动智能教育产品研发、打造智慧教育样板工程、开展智能教育社会实验,以此为教育现代化目标的实现提供可靠保障。
Taking scientific and technological innovation as the fulcrum to“leverage”the digital transformation of education and high-quality development of education is the core issue of educational reform and innovation in the intelligent age.The core of high-quality development of science and technology enabled education is to take the coordinated development and overall planning of“science and technology,education and talents”as the guidance,take the independent cultivation of large-scale,high-quality and innovative talents as the goal,and take scientific and technological innovation as the“fulcrum”to promote the improvement of education service ability,the innovation of education practice and the reconstruction of smart education ecology,so as to inject“new momentum”into the digital transformation of education,cultivate“new models”for the cultivation of innovative talents,and create“new ecology”for the sustainable development of education.The high-quality development of science and technology enabled education is mainly reflected in:focusing on the cultivation of innovative talents,and promoting the reform of traditional education concepts;creating a smart learning environment and innovating the field of education and teaching practice;promoting the aggregation of high-quality resources and realizing the accurate supply of educational resources;digging the potential of data elements and building the engine of educational reform;improving the ability of education service and reforming the supply system of education service;innovating the education and teaching concept and creating a human-computer cooperative education mode;promoting the transformation of evaluation mode and realizing intelligent and accurate education evaluation;reforming the education management mechanism and promoting systematic and precise education governance.The high-quality development of science and technology enabled education in the future needs to further strengthen the innovation of digital education theory,promote the research and development of educational intelligent technology,strengthen the convergence of multi-source heterogeneous data,promote the research and development of intelligent education products,create a smart education model project,and carry out intelligent education social experiments,so as to provide a reliable guarantee for the realization of the goal of education modernization.
