表面等离子共振技术在人兽共患病检测中的应用

Application of surface plasmon resonance technology in the detection of zoonosis

摘要 随着畜牧业的发展,人兽共患病频繁发生,给公共卫生和畜牧业带来巨大挑战。当前,传统的病原学、免疫学和分子生物学检测方法存在时间长、操作复杂等局限性,亟需开发更高效、灵敏的检测技术。表面等离子共振(SPR)技术,因其高灵敏度、快速、无标记等特点,在病原体检测中展现出巨大潜力。本文综述了SPR技术在登革热、布鲁菌病、禽流感等人兽共患病快速检测中的应用。研究表明,SPR技术不仅能够有效检测病原体,还能实现便捷的现场检测,尤其在资源有限的地区具有较高应用价值。 With the development of animal husbandry,the outbreak ofzoonosis occurs frequently,which brings great challenges to public health and animal husbandry.At present,the traditional detection methods of etiology,immunology and molecular biology have the limitations of long time and complex operation.It is urgent to develop more efficient and sensitive detection techniques.Surface plasmon resonance(SPR)technology had shown great potential in pathogen detection due to its high sensitivity,fast and label-free characteristics.This paper reviewed the application of SPR technology in the rapid detection of dengue fever,brucellosis,avian influenza and other zoonosis.It had been shown that SPR technology could not only effectively detect pathogens,but also achieve convenient on-site detection,especially in areas with limited resources.
