基于过滤及电解装置的船舶压载水处理系统仿真软件开发

摘要 由于目前学员对压载水管理系统(BWMS)的实操机会不足,为弥补此短板,开发一款BWMS虚拟仿真软件。对基于过滤及电解装置的压载水船舶压载水处理的运行过程进行动态仿真研究,建立整个压载水处理系统的仿真模型。利用Visual Basic 6.0软件,借助工程流体力学等知识,对压载水处理系统运行所需的泵、阀门和管路等进行建模,并在Visual Basic 6.0界面上合理布局,完成整个压载水处理系统控制界面。学员可通过主界面对压载水泵、阀门和管路进行手动操作,并通过该控制面板开关对压载水系统的压载、卸载、测试等进行常规操作和应急操作。该软件有利于提升船员现场应对技能,对BWMS行业推广及应用具有重要意义。 As the current lack of practical opportunities for trainees in operating the ballast water management system(BWMS),a virtual simulation software for BWMS is developed to address this shortcoming.A dynamic simulation study is conducted on the operational process of ballast water treatment in ships based on filtration and electrolysis units,and a simulation model of the entire ballast water treatment system is established.Using Visual Basic 6.0 software and leveraging knowledge of engineering fluid mechanics,pumps,valves,and pipelines required for the operation of the ballast water treatment system are modeled.These components are rationally arranged on the Visual Basic 6.0 interface to complete the control interface of the entire ballast water treatment system.Through the main interface,trainees can manually operate the ballast water pumps,valves,and pipelines,and perform routine and emergency operations such as ballasting,deballasting,and testing via the control panel switches.The software is designed to enhance the on-site operational skills of crew members and is considered significant for the promotion and application of the BWMS industry.
