摘要
船舶压载水排放带来的危害已被全球环保基金组织(GEF)列为海洋的四大危害之一,压载水公约的正式实施,促进了船舶压载水处理技术及相关系统的发展。介绍了现有船舶压载水的置换方法;综合分析了常用的各种压载水处理的机械、物理和化学等方法的原理、优缺点及发展情况;介绍了5种已获得美国海岸警卫队USCG批准的压载水处理系统。
The harm caused by the ballast water discharge from ships has been listed as one of the four major hazards of the ocean by the Global Environment Facility( GEF). With the formal implementation of the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments( BWM),the development of ballast water treatment technologies and systems for ships has been promoted. This paper briefly introduced the existing replacement methods of ballast water,comprehensively analyzed the principle,advantages,disadvantages and development of the mechanical,physical and chemical treatment of ballast water,and summarized the existing ballast water treatment system,introduced five ballast water treatment systems that have been approved by the USCG.
