摘要
目前常用半潜船舶航行压载监控结果误差较大,提出半潜船舶航行压载监控软件仿真测试平台设计。根据半潜船舶纵倾角、吃水量以及横倾角等压载参数,模拟船舶浮态特征。在同等仿真环境下,模拟出压载水泵排载动态以及压缩空气排载量,对上述动态量实施监测,完成压载监控软件仿真测试。建立实验环境,对本文设计平台与传统平台进行对比实验。实验结果表明,设计平台误差在可控范围内,有效解决了传统平台误差较大问题。
At present, the error of the ballast monitoring results of the commonly used semi submersible is large, so the design of the simulation test platform for the ballast monitoring software of the semi submersible is proposed. According to the ballast parameters such as trim angle, draft and heel angle, the floating characteristics of the semi submersible are simulated. In the same simulation environment, simulate the ballast pump discharge dynamic and compressed air discharge load,monitor the above dynamic load, and complete the ballast monitoring software simulation test. The experimental environment is established to compare the design platform with the traditional platform. The experimental results show that the design platform error is within the controllable range, which effectively solves the problem of large traditional platform error.
