综采工作面回风巷集中控除尘系统关键工艺参数研究

摘要 针对中国部分矿井综采工作面回风巷粉尘浓度高,行人通车视线差,安全隐患大等问题,提出了一种回风巷集中控除尘技术措施,采用数值模拟与现场试验相结合的方法,开展了控尘装置阻拦面积比和除尘系统处理风量2个关键工艺参数对除尘效果和通风系统稳定性的影响研究,最后通过现场试验进行了验证。结果表明:随着控尘装置阻拦面积的增加,工作面平均风速由0.71m/s降至0.65m/s,回风巷粉尘质量浓度由83mg/m^(3)降至25mg/m^(3),除尘效率由72%提升至91%,瓦斯浓度由0.05%略微升至0.07%,仍处于安全范围;随着系统处理风量的增加,工作面平均风速由0.73m/s升至0.82m/s,粉尘质量浓度由109mg/m^(3)降至23mg/m^(3),除尘效率由63%提升至92%,瓦斯浓度由0.06%略微升至0.08%;现场验证时,控尘装置使回风巷150m处呼吸性粉尘质量浓度由84.92mg/m^(3)降至8.66mg/m^(3),降尘效率为90%,总粉尘浓度由240.38mg/m^(3)降至21.06mg/m^(3),降尘效率为91%。研究成果为综采工作面回风巷集中控除尘技术及装备的优化设计与工程应用提供了参考依据。 Addressing the issue of high dust concentrations,poor visibility for pedestrians and signifi-cant safety hazards in the return airway of fully mechanized mining face in some coal mines in China,a technical measure for centralized dust control and removal was proposed,the approach combines nu-merical simulations and field tests to investigate the influence of two key process parameters including dust control device blocking area ratio and air handling capacity of the dust removal system on dust re-moval efficiency and the stability of the ventilation system,the findings were validated through field tri-als.The results indicate that:As the blocking area of the dust control device increases,the average wind speed in the mining face decreases from 0.71 m/s to 0.65 m/s,the dust concentration in the retum airway drops from 83 mg/m^(3)to 25 mg/m^(3),the dust removal efficiency improves from 72%to 91%,and the methane concentration rises slightly from 0.05%to 0.07%,still within a safe range.As the sys-tem’s air handling capacity increases,the average wind speed in the mining face rises from 0.73 m/s to 0.82 m/s,the dust concentration decreases from 109 mg/m 3 to 23 mg/m^(3),the dust removal efficien-cy improves from 63%to 92%,and the methane concentration increases slightly from 0.06%to 0.08%.In field validation,the dust control device reduces the respirable dust concentration at 150 m in the return airway from 84.92 mg/m^(3)to 8.66 mg/m^(3),achieving a dust removal efficiency of 90%,while the total dust concentration decreases from 240.38 mg/m^(3)to 21.06 mg/m^(3),achieving a dust re-moval efficiency of 91%.The research results provide a reference for the optimization design and engi-neering application of centralized dust control technology and equipment in return airway of fully mech-anized mining face.
