摘要
本文研究了新景矿15314工作面回风巷水力压裂切顶卸压技术。针对中等坚硬顶板需人工干预确保及时垮落的问题,采取回采前实施水力压裂形成网状裂缝结构,削弱顶板强度并阻断侧向支撑压力传导等措施。研究详细阐述技术原理、关键层参数选取、压裂孔设计及施工工艺。实际应用表明,该技术可有效改善应力环境,保障顶板安全。
This paper studies the technology of hydraulic fracturing roof cutting and pressure relief in the return airway of 15314 working face in Xinjing Coal Mine.Aiming at the problem that the medium-hard roof needs manual intervention to ensure timely collapse,the network fracture structure is formed by hydraulic fracturing before mining,which weakens the roof strength and blocks the lateral support pressure conduction.The technical principle,key layer parameter selection,fracturing hole design and construction technology are described in detail.The practical application shows that the technology can effectively improve the stress environment and ensure the safety of the roof.
