摘要
针对1306工作面采用的传统顺层钻孔抽采瓦斯,存在瓦斯抽采效率低,抽采浓度低,1306工作面瓦斯涌出量大,易出现上隅角瓦斯聚集等问题,为有效解决上述问题,基于1306工作面瓦斯赋存情况,介绍了1306工作面回采前期瓦斯抽采工艺,分析了其存在的不足,优化了1306工作面回采期间的瓦斯抽采工艺,提出了1306工作面瓦斯联合抽采技术,通过进行顺槽钻孔水力造穴,采空区埋管以及高位裂隙抽采瓦斯,并采用“两堵一注”封孔工艺密封瓦斯钻孔,达到了较好的瓦斯治理效果,经实际应用验证,通过综合应用上述瓦斯治理措施后,1306工作面本煤层瓦斯抽采纯量可由7.6 m^(3)/min提升至28.4 m^(3)/min,1306工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在了0.4%以内,瓦斯治理效果显著,该研究可为类似工况下综采工作面瓦斯的治理提供参考。
In order to effectively solve the problems of low gas extraction efficiency,low extraction concentration,large gas emission,and easy gas accumulation in the upper corner of the traditional layer drilling gas extraction method used in the 1306 working face,based on the gas occurrence situation of the 1306 working face,this paper introduces the gas extraction process in the early stage of the mining of the 1306 working face,analyzes its shortcomings,optimizes the gas extraction process during the mining period of the 1306 working face,and proposes the gas joint extraction technology of the 1306 working face.By using hydraulic drilling in the groove,burying pipes in the goaf,and extracting gas from high-level cracks,and adopting the"two blockages and one injection"sealing process to seal the gas drilling hole,a good gas control effect is achieved.Through practical application and application verification,after comprehensive application of the above gas control measures,the pure gas extraction rate of this coal seam in the 1306 working face can be increased from 7.6 m^(3)/min to 28.4 m^(3)/min.The gas concentration in the upper corner of the 1306 working face is controlled within 0.4%,and the gas control effect is significant.This study can provide reference for the gas control of fully mechanized mining working faces under similar working conditions.
