摘要
对2019-2024年河南省某县食品安全监督抽检数据进行汇总与分析,从年度趋势、食品类别及不合格项目等方面评估该县食品安全状况。2019-2024年共抽检食品10 223批次,检出不合格样品303批次,总体不合格率为2.96%。不合格批次主要集中于食用农产品(161批次)和餐饮食品(123批次),分别占总不合格批次的53.14%和40.59%。其中,食用农产品主要问题为农药和兽药超范围或超量使用,餐饮食品则以微生物污染为主。其余类别食品的安全状况总体保持稳定。
This study summarizes and analyzes the food safety supervision and sampling inspection data of a county in Henan province from 2019 to 2024,evaluating the local food safety status in terms of annual trends,food categories,and non-compliance items.A total of 10223 food batches were sampled during 2019—2024,among which 303 batches were found to be non-compliant,resulting in an overall non-compliance rate of 2.96%.The non-compliant products were mainly concentrated in edible agricultural products(161 batches)and catering foods(123 batches),accounting for 53.14%and 40.59%of the total non-compliant batches,respectively.The primary issues in edible agricultural products were the excessive or unauthorized use of pesticides and veterinary drugs,while microbial contamination was the main problem in catering foods.The safety status of other food categories remained generally stable.
