摘要
随着现代生活节奏的加快,人们外出就餐的频率越来越高,餐饮单位的食品安全问题不容忽视。结合陕西省近年来食品安全监督抽检情况,分析餐饮环节的食品安全风险,详细探讨复用餐饮具、餐饮加工自制食品的主要食品安全风险点及原因分析,发现主要问题集中在餐饮具洗消不彻底、餐饮加工自制食品的滥用食品添加剂,为进一步防控食品安全风险、实现科学监管提供一些参考。
With the acceleration of modern life pace,the frequency of people going out for meals is increasing,and the food safety issues of catering units cannot be ignored.Examine the food safety supervision and sampling conducted in Shaanxi Province in recent years,analyze food safety risks in the catering sector.It delves into the primary food safety risks and causes associated with reused dining utensils and self-made food in the catering units.The findings offer insights for enhancing food safety risk prevention and control,and facilitating scientific regulation.
