摘要
通过文献资料法、实地调研法、逻辑分析法,研究乌鲁木齐职业大学毽球课程建设经验,得出:高职院校民族传统体育运动传承育人应以“立德树人”为根本,坚持学校从上到下、从课内到课外、从校内到校外,构建民族传统体育课程全员、全方位、全过程的育人体系;坚持“以生为本”,以民族传统体育文化特质为“基”,构建符合学情、校情的课程育人目标、内容、教学方式方法、课堂教学组织管理与评价模式,以实现民族传统体育有效融入高职院校体育教学体系,达成民族传统体育“健体魄、传文化、育全人”的目标,助力高职院校铸牢学生中华民族共同体意识。
Using the literature review method,field investigation method,and logical analysis method,this study explores the experience of shuttlecock curriculum construction in Urumqi Vocational University.The research concludes that the inheritance and education of national traditional sports in higher vocational colleges should take“fostering morality and cultivating people”as the fundamental principle.It is necessary to adhere to a top-down approach from the school,covering in-class to after-class and on-campus to off-campus scenarios,and construct an all-staff,all-round,and whole-process education system for national traditional sports courses.Meanwhile,adhering to the“student-centered”concept and taking the characteristics of national traditional sports culture as the foundation,it is essential to build curriculum education goals,content,teaching methods,classroom teaching organization,management,and evaluation models that are in line with students’actual situations and school conditions.The aim is to effectively integrate national traditional sports into the physical education system of higher vocational colleges,achieve the goal of national traditional sports in“strengthening physical fitness,inheriting culture,and cultivating comprehensive individuals”,and assist higher vocational colleges in forging students’strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
