摘要
《伤寒论》虽然不是脉诊专著,但张仲景极其注重脉诊,脉诊在《伤寒论》六经辨证体系中发挥了重要作用。《伤寒论》脉法在辨证中充分体现八纲辨证思想,辨明病位和病性,与辨证结合紧密,大大提高了辨证的准确性,在辨证治疗中有着极其重要的地位。就《伤寒论》脉诊蕴含的八纲辨证思想做初步探讨。
Although Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases is not a monograph on pulse diagnosis,Zhang Zhongjing attaches great importance to pulse diagnosis,which plays an important role in syndrome differentiation of six meridians system of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.The pulse method in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases embodies the thoughts of eight principles of syndrome differentiation,distinguishes the location and nature of the disease,closely combines with syndrome differentiation,greatly improves the accuracy of syndrome differentiation,and plays an extremely important role in syndrome differentiation and treatment.This paper preliminarily explores the thoughts of eight principles of syndrome differentiation implied in pulse diagnosis in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.
