摘要
探讨刘红霞教授运用中医方法治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床经验及疗效。选取1例55岁女性玫瑰痤疮患者,采用辨病-辨体-辨证相结合的方式,以疏肝健脾、养阴清热为基本治法,运用逍遥散加减内服,并结合中医外治(中药塌渍、拔罐、耳尖放血、火针等)进行综合治疗,根据患者的不同阶段症状和体征调整用药及外治方案。结果显示,经治疗,患者的面部皮损情况明显改善,情绪平稳,睡眠质量提高。研究发现,刘红霞教授采用的辨病-辨体-辨证结合,内服逍遥散加减并联合中医外治的方法,对玫瑰痤疮的治疗效果显著,体现了中医治疗玫瑰痤疮的优势,为临床治疗提供了经验和参考。
This study explores Professor Liu Hongxia’s clinical experience and efficacy in treating rosacea with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).A 55-year-old female patient with rosacea was selected as the research subject.The treatment combined disease differentiation,constitution identifi cation,and syndrome differentiation,with the basic therapeutic principles of soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen,nourishing yin,and clearing heat.Oral administration of modifi ed Xiaoyao Powder was used,combined with external TCM therapies(Chinese herbal compresses,cupping,ear tip bloodletting,fi re needling,etc.),and the treatment plans were adjusted according to the patient’s symptoms and signs at different stages.The results showed that after treatment,the patient’s facial skin lesions signifi cantly improved,mood stabilized,and sleep quality was enhanced.The study confirms that Professor Liu Hongxia’s integrative approach—combining disease-constitution-syndrome differentiation,oral administration of modified Xiaoyao Powder,and external TCM therapies—exhibits remarkable efficacy in treating rosacea,demonstrating the advantages of TCM and providing valuable clinical experience and references.
