摘要
当前,中国数字乡村建设仍存在行动主体未能有效激活和积极行动的问题。在此背景下,明确新型农业经营主体的重要地位并推动其新质经营能力的提升显得尤为迫切。人工智能在新质经营能力的形成与发展中占据关键地位,因此应积极探寻人工智能赋能的有效途径。首先,鉴于中西部和东北地区农业农村发展的不平衡性,应因地制宜地推动人工智能技术深度融入区域资源禀赋,与地方生产实践紧密结合;其次,结合家庭农场、农民合作社和农业企业等新型农业经营主体的不同特点,灵活组合智能技术,构建差异化的主体培育体系;再次,采取感性引导方式消解技术疏离感,将抽象算法转化为新型生产经营主体可感知、可参与的形象化形式;最后,坚持以实践操作为导向的场景化学习与技术迭代反馈,将外源性人工智能转化为内生于乡村社会的新质经营能力。
At present,the construction of digital villages in China still faces the problem that the action subjects have not been effectively activated and actively engaged.It is urgent to clarify the important position of new types of agricultural business entities and promote the improvement of their new quality business capabilities.Artificial intelligence plays a primary role in the formation and development of new quality business capabilities,and effective ways to empower it should be actively explored.First,based on the imbalance in agricultural and rural development in the central,western and northeastern regions,artificial intelligence technology should be deeply integrated into regional resource endowments in a way that suits local conditions and combined with local production practices.Second,in light of the different characteristics of new types of agricultural business entities such as family farms,farmers’cooperatives and agricultural enterprises,intelligent technologies should be flexibly and diversely combined to establish a differentiated subject cultivation system.Third,a perceptual guidance approach should be adopted to eliminate the sense of technological alienation and transform abstract algorithms into perceptible and participatory image forms for new types of production and business entities.In addition,scene-based learning and technical iteration feedback oriented towards practical operations should be adhered to,and external artificial intelligence should be transformed into new quality business capabilities that are endogenous to rural society.
