摘要
利用Illumina NovaSeq平台,基于线粒体COⅠ基因序列,对蕲春县蕲艾Artemisia argyi田蚜虫种群多样性进行分子鉴定及分析。结果表明,蕲春县不同地点均以艾小长管蚜Macrosiphoniella yomogifoliae为主要种群,相对比例超过50%,其他蚜虫包括艾蚜Aphis kurosawai、缢管蚜属蚜Rhopalosiphum cerasifoliae;蕲艾田生境内其他植物寄主如油菜Brassica napus、野菊花Chrysanthemum indicum、李子树Prunus salicina上基本没有艾小长管蚜或艾蚜,油菜上蚜虫种群以菜缢管蚜Lipaphis erysimi为优势种,野菊花上以菊小长管蚜Macrosiphoniella sanborni为优势种,李子树上以桃粉大尾蚜Hyalopterus arundiniformis为优势种群。
Based on Illumina NovaSeq platform,and mitochondríal COI gene sequence,the population diversity of aphids on Artemisia argyi in Qichun was identified and analyzed.The results showed that Macrosiphiniella yomogifoliae was the main population in different places of Qichun County,with a relative proportion of>50%,and other aphids were Aphis kurosawai and Rhopalosiphum cerasifoliae;Other plant hosts such as Brassica napus,Chrysanthemum indicum and Prunus salieina in the fields of A.argyi were basically free of M.yomogifoliae or A.kurosawai.Lipaphis erysimi was the dominant species on Brassica napus,Macrosiphiniella sanborni was the dominant species on C.indicum,and Hyalopterus arundiformis was the dominant species on P.salicina.
