摘要
根据mtDNACOI基因的部分序列,设计出两对西花蓟马特异性引物,建立起西花蓟马的PCR鉴定方法。本方法适用于西花蓟马的成虫、若虫及蛹的快速检疫鉴定。
In this study, two pairs of specific primer were designed based on the partial sequence of the COl gene of mtDNA of Frankliniella occidentalis, the PCR detection method was established, which is applicable to rapid quarantine identification of adults, larvae and pupa of the pest.
