蓝光对黄瓜蚜虫种群的控制作用

Control effect of bluelight on cucumber Aphis gossypii population

摘要 为研究不同照射位置、光照强度、照射时间、照射时长对瓜蚜(Aphis gossypii)生长发育、繁殖与存活的影响,以黄瓜为试验作物、470 nm蓝光灯带为试验光源开展试验。结果表明,将蓝光灯带置于黄瓜植株上部,从上向下照射对蚜虫的驱避效果较好,该效果随距离缩短而增强;虫口减退率与光照强度、时长均呈正相关;在相同的光照强度下,照射时间越长,蚜虫的发育历期越长,2龄若虫最为敏感;在光照强度、照射时长均相同的条件下,夜间处理的若蚜发育历期长于日间处理。此外,经蓝光照射后,无翅若蚜的存活率及其后代繁殖量显著下降,照射处理的时间越长,存活率和繁殖率越低,3龄若虫最为敏感。夜间以蓝光照射3h以上可较好地控制黄瓜蚜虫种群。 This study investi gated the impacts of varying irradiation positions,light intensity,irradiation time,and irradiation duration on the growth,reproduction,and survival of the apterous form of Aphis gossypii in cucumber.The investigation utilized potted cucumber as the test material and 470-nm blue light as the light source.When the blue light was placed at the upper part of the cucumber and irradiated downward from the top,the most effective repellent effect on A.gossypii was observed,and this effect was enhanced with decreasing distance.The reduction rate of A.gossypii population exhibited a positive correlation with blue light intensity and duration.When exposed to the same light intensity,an increase in the irradiation time resulted in an increase in the developmental duration of A.gossypii.Notably,the second instar nymphs exhibited the greatest sensitivity to such conditions.Under equivalent light intensity and irradiation time conditions,the development period of nymphs was prolonged at night in comparison to daytime.Moreover,blue light irradiation significantly reduced the survival rate of apterous A.gossypii and their offspring's reproductive capacity.As the duration of irradiation increased,there was a corresponding decline in survival and reproductive rates.The third instar nymphs exhibited the greatest sensitivity to these effects.The A.gossypii populations could be controlled effectively under more than three hours of blue light irradiation at night.
