研究生跨学科创新能力:内涵、模型与测评工具

Interdisciplinary Innovation Ability of Postgraduates:Connotation,Model,and Measurement Tools

摘要 面对日益复杂的现实问题与全球科技创新的跨学科趋势,研究生跨学科创新能力培养已成为高等教育的关键议题。目前对研究生跨学科创新能力的内涵、结构模型及测评工具关注不足,制约了理论研究与培养实践深化。混合研究方法分析显示,研究生跨学科创新能力内涵兼具“跨学科”属性与“创新”取向;研究生跨学科创新能力“五因素结构”模型包括跨学科创新知识、跨学科创新人格、跨学科创新思维、跨学科创新技能、跨学科创新行为五个维度;在此基础上编制的五维度21个题项的量表测评工具,分析表明,该量表具有良好信效度。 In the face of increasingly complex real-world problems and the interdisciplinary trend in global scientific and technological innovation,the cultivation of postgraduates'interdisciplinary innovation ability has become a key issue in higher education.However,there is currently insufficient attention to the connotation,structural model,and measurement tools of postgraduates'interdisciplinary innovation ability,which has hindered the deepening of theoretical research and cultivation practices in this area.This study adopts a mixed-method research approach to analyze the connotation of postgraduates'interdisciplinary innovation ability,arguing that it possesses both"interdisciplinary"attributes and"innovation"orientations.A preliminary"five-factor structure"model of postgraduates'interdisciplinary innovative ability was constructed,comprising five dimensions:interdisciplinary innovative knowledge,interdisciplinary innovative personality,interdisciplinary innovative thinking,interdisciplinary innovative skills,and interdisciplinary innovative behavior.Based on this,corresponding scales were developed for measurement,and quantitative analysis indicated that the scales possessed good reliability and validity,ultimately forming a measurement tool comprising five dimensions and 2l items.
