摘要
大学生作为实施创新驱动发展战略的储备人才,对其创新能力培养尤为重要。该文以一项全国性调查大赛项目作为研究案例,探讨如何发挥生师互动的积极效应,提升大学生创新能力。研究发现:学生的自发性是生师互动的基础,学生对自身期望和主动性的差异,使其参与过程和参与效果均有明显区别;教师更关注科研项目,互动的频繁程度会因学生个体差异而异。总体而言,科研参与促进了师生之间的实质性互动,提升了大学生的创新能力,因此,有必要增进学生、教师、社会对科研项目的参与程度和支持力度。
As reserve talents for implementing innovation driven development strategies,the cultivation of innovative abilities among college students is particularly important.This study uses a national survey competition project as a research case to explore how to leverage the positive effects of student-faculty interaction and enhance college students'innovation ability.Research has found that students'spontaneity is the foundation of student-teacher interaction;The differences in students'expectations and initiative towards themselves result in significant differences in their participation process and effectiveness;Teachers pay more attention to the research project itself,and the frequency of interaction may vary depending on individual differences among students.Overall,scientific research participation promotes substantive student-faculty interaction,enhancing the innovation ability of college students.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the participation and support of students,teachers and society in scientific research projects.
