摘要
针对青岛特钢高炉低硅冶炼需求,通过优化原燃料管理(焦炭M_(40)≥85%、CSR≥65%)、操作制度(富氧率≥3.5%、炉渣碱度1.18~1.23)、热力学调控(物理热≥1 500℃)以及设备改造等措施,实现了铁水含硅量从0.433%降至0.415%,达到了降低燃料消耗,实现降低吨铁成本的目的,直接年创效益996万元。
To meet the low-silicon smelting requirements of blast furnaces at Qingdao Special Steel,measures such as optimizing raw material and fuel management(coking coal M4o≥85%,CSR≥65%),operating systems(oxygen enrichment rate≥3.5%,slag basicity 1.18~1.23),thermodynamic regulation(physical heat≥1500 C),and equipment modification were implemented.As a result,the silicon content in molten iron was reduced from 0.433%to 0.415%,achieving the goal of reducing fuel consumption and lowering the cost per ton of iron,directly creating an annual benefit of 9.96 million Yuan.
