摘要
内蒙古某铁矿石铁品位52.86%,SiO2含量17.81%,碱金属总量1.34%,由于碱金属含量过高,无法满足烧结及高炉和后续要求,本文通过选矿试验探寻该矿石脱除碱金属的方法。试验结果表明+15mm块矿经过焙烧磁选反浮选,-15mm粉矿经过强磁选可以有效降低矿石中的碱金属含量,并且可以保证铁的回收率及SiO2的含量。
The iron grade of a kind of the Mongolia iron ore is 52.86%, 17.81%SIO2 content, and total alkali metals content is 1.34%.The alkali metals content is too high to meet the subsequent requirements of sintering and blast furnace. This article explores a removing alkali metals method by mineral processing. The results shows that roasting reverse flotation of +15mm lump ore and high intensity magnetic separation of -15mm powder ore can reduce the alkali metal content of the ore effectively, and ensure the recovery of iron and SiO2 content.
