摘要
随着国产放射治疗设备的研发与应用取得较大进展,国内企业研发的创新一体化放射治疗设备的技术参数已达到国际先进水平,且兼具创新功能,如一站式放射治疗等,但目前尚缺乏完善的临床应用解决方案和指南。为推动该技术的规范化应用,提升其临床使用率,在国家重点研发计划项目的支持下,中国医学装备协会放射治疗装备技术分会组织相关领域专家,以肺癌为代表性病种制定本指南,旨在规范国产创新一体化放射治疗设备在胸部肿瘤治疗中的临床应用。
Domestic radiotherapy equipment has obtained great progress,and the technical parameters of the innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment that were researched and developed by Chinese enterprises have reached the international advanced level,which combined with innovative function,such as one-stop radiotherapy.However,the clinical utilization rate of these equipment still was significantly lower than that of imported equipment because the time that they entered market was short,and the experience of clinical application of using them was lack,and there were not perfect solution and guidelines.In order to promote the standardized application of this technique,the Radiotherapy Equipment and Technology Branch of China Association of Medical Equipment organized experts of relative fields formulated this guideline that adopted lung cancer as a representative disease under the support of the National Key R&D Program,which target is to standard the clinical application of domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment in treating thoracic tumors.
