摘要
建设教育强国是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略先导,习近平总书记指出要坚持把高质量发展作为各级各类教育的生命线。社区学院作为推进区域终身教育的组织机构,创新其功能定位和推动高质量发展对于促进学习型社会建设起到扎根基层、实践推进的重要作用。以责任使命为担当,社区学院的创新功能概括为:课程文化资源集聚与辐射的功能;社区教育融入社区治理与服务的功能;学习型城区监测指导与督查的功能;社区教育特色研究创新的功能,并对其高质量发展的具体路径进行实践反思。
Building a strong education country is the strategic precursor to comprehensively build a socialist modernized country.President Xi Jinping pointed out that we must adhere to high-quality development as the lifeline of education at all levels and types.As a group organization promoting lifelong education in the region,community colleges play an important role in rooting themselves at the grassroots level and promoting the construction of a learning society through innovative functional positioning and high-quality development.The innovative function of community colleges,with a sense of responsibility and mission,can be summarized as:the function of gathering and radiating curriculum cultural resources;the function of integrating community education into community governance and services;the function of monitoring,guidance,and supervision in learning oriented urban areas;the function of innovative research on the characteristics of community education,and practical reflection on the specific path of its high-quality development.
