摘要
随着智能化煤矿建设的不断推进,对煤炭智能化无人化装车的需求越来越迫切。研发了适用于散装物料汽车装车、火车装车等多场景的智能化无人定量装车系统。该系统采用激光三维扫描技术、射频识别技术、图像识别技术、多传感器信息融合技术、智能控制算法,实现车号识别、车辆定位、车速测量、配料、称重、卸料等功能;采用深度学习算法不断优化控制参数,提升了控制精度,实现了煤炭、矿石、粮食等多种散装物料的智能化无人装车;实现了融合远程运维、综合管控平台以及压实、防冻液喷洒等辅助系统的装车系统整体智能化建设。
With the continuous advancement of intelligent coal mine construction,the demand for intelligent unmanned loading is becoming increasingly urgent.Developed an intelligent unmanned quantitative loading system suitable for multiple scenarios such as automobiles and trains.The system adopts 3D laser scanning technology,RFID,image recognition technology,multi-sensor data fusion technology and intelligent control algorithm to achieve functions such as carriage identification,positioning,speed measurement,batching,weighing and unloading.The system adopts deep learning algorithms to continuously optimize control parameters,improve control accuracy,and achieve intelligent unmanned loading of bulk materials such as coal,ore,grain,etc.It has achieved the overall intelligent construction of the loading system that integrates remote operation and maintenance,comprehensive control platform and auxiliary systems such as compaction and antifreeze spraying.
