摘要
某既有信息实验楼因使用需求变化,需在首层安装新设备,为满足新设备基础建设需求,需在该楼首层楼板上局部开洞。采用有限元分析软件midas Gen对该信息楼楼板开洞进行计算分析。计算结果表明,楼板开洞会导致“应力集中”现象,对楼板受力不利;首层楼板无加固施工空间、施工难度大,经计算分析,通过降低使用荷载限值的方式可以不对梁板进行加固;采用基于混凝土名义拉应力的裂缝宽度超限判定方法,可以较准确地判定楼板开洞后裂缝宽度是否超限;最后对楼板拆除施工提出了建议。
Due to changes in usage requirements,a new equipment needs to be installed on the first floor of an existing information laboratory building.In order to meet the basic construction needs of the new equipment,a partial hole needs to be opened in the first floor slab of the building.The finite element analysis software Midas Gen was used to calculate and analyze the openings in the floor slab of the information building.The calculation results show that the floor opening will lead to the"stress concentration"phenomenon,which is adverse to the floor force,The first floor slab has no reinforcement construction space and is difficult to construct.After calculation and analysis,it is found that the beams and slabs can be reinforced by reducing the load limit,The method of determining whether the crack width exceeds the limit based on the nominal tensile stress of concrete can accurately determine whether the crack width of the floor slab exceeds the limit after opening;Finally,suggestions were made for the demolition construction of the floor slab.
