摘要
介绍了侧围外板D柱A面起皱与侧壁开裂共存问题的解决过程,对问题产生的原因进行分析,制定了相应的解决方法,通过加大拉深筋的控料阻力、调整压料面间隙、减小工艺补充线长以增加成形安全裕度等方式,解决了起皱与开裂问题,可为类似结构的侧围外板设计和问题整改提供参考。
The solution process of the coexistence problem of wrinkling on the A surface and cracking on the side wall of D-pillar in side wall outer plate was introduced,the causes of the problems were analyzed and corresponding solutions were formulated.By increasing the material control resistance of the drawing ribs,adjusting the clearance of the pessure surface,and reducing the line length of the process supplement to increase the forming safety margin,the problems of wrinkling and cracking were solved,which provided references for the similar structure design of side wall outer plate and the rectification of emerging problems.
