摘要
拉延筋在汽车覆盖件拉延成形工艺中起着至关重要的作用,它可以调节进料阻力的大小与分布,防止拉延起皱、破裂和面畸等质量问题。由于拉延筋种类较多且形状比较复杂,人工设计在效率和质量方面都有待提高。本文总结了拉延筋设计的一般特点和过程,提出了拉延筋参数化设计方案,并开发出拉延筋参数化设计软件模块,实现了拉延筋参数化设计。
The common characteristics and process in the design of draw bead have been summarized in the text.The parametric design project for draw bead has been proposed.The module of parametric design for draw bead design has been developed,which realizes the parametric design process.
