摘要
板料在拉深筋中的变形是一相当复杂的过程。本文以弹塑性有限元数值模拟为手段，系统地研究了板料在通过方形拉深筋时的变形特点和受力状态，并对方形拉深筋力能参数的构成特点及变化规律进行了深入分析，以期加深人们对此物理过程的认识，为拉深筋的设计提供理论依据。
The deformation of sheet in drawbead is a very complex pro cess. In this paper, based on elastic-plastic finite element method, t he deformation features and mechanics characters of the process in whi ch the sheet is pulled through the rectangle drawbead are studied syst ematically. And the component characters and changing ruler of rectang le drawbead load parameters are analyzed. It is expected that this wor k can be useful to the design and adjusting of drawbead.
