摘要
研究了香兰素、L-谷氨酸、甜菜碱3种诱食剂对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)摄食效果的影响。结果表明,3种诱食剂对克氏原螯虾均有良好的诱食效果。香兰素中0.4%浓度组对克氏原螯虾诱食效果良好,平均摄食率高达91.85%,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);L-谷氨酸中0.4%浓度组对克氏原螯虾平均摄食率为87.91%,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);甜菜碱中0.2%浓度组诱食效果较好,平均摄食率为90.92%,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),但随着浓度的增加其诱食效果减弱。3种诱食剂相比较,0.4%香兰素浓度组和0.2%甜菜碱浓度组诱食效果相当,香兰素总体诱食效果优于甜菜碱和L-谷氨酸。
The effects of three attractants,vanillin,L-glutamic acid,and betained,on the feeding behavior of Procambarus clarkii were studied.The results showed that all three stimulants hapositive effects on crayfish feeding.The 0.4%vanillin concentration group exhibited excellent feeding stimulation,with an average feeding rate of 91.85%,which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The 0.4%L-glutamic acid concentration group achieved an average feeding rate of 87.91%,showing a significant difference compared to the control group(P<0.05).The 0.2%betaine concentration group also demonstrated good feeding stimulation,with an average feeding rate of 90.92%,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),but its effectiveness decreased with increasing concentration.Among the three stimulants,the 0.4%vanillin and 0.2%betaine groups showed comparable feeding stimulation effects.Overall,vanillin performed better than both betaine and L-glutamic acid.
