摘要
人工智能是一门旨在开发和应用能够模拟、延伸和扩展人类智能的理论、方法和技术的新兴科学。本文对中南大学湘雅医学院一年级全体专硕和学硕进行随机抽样,通过问卷调查对196名新入学研究生进行基于研究生视角的人工智能基础知识、人工智能对于医学职业的影响和预测,以及人工智能运用于医学教育等问题的调查。结果显示:95.6%的学生对人工智能很感兴趣,26.1%的学生了解人工智能的基本计算原理;但是,只有35.6%的学生接受过人工智能相关的教学。学生预测医疗管理、病理学、职业与环境医学、放射学、公共卫生医学等专业受人工智能的影响最大,外科学、急救医学、麻醉学、儿科医学、精神病学等专业受人工智能的影响最小。93.0%的学生认为人工智能将在医学中发挥重要作用。15.4%的学生担忧医学职业将被AI替代,66.7%的学生对于人工智能的发展对于医生工作的影响保持中立,17.8%的学生不担忧AI对医学职业的影响。如何高效、多维度地将AI融入医学教育是一个极具挑战性的问题,还有待进一步深入研究。
Artificial intelligence(AI)is an emerging science aimed at developing and applying theories,methods,and technologies that simulate,extend,and expand human intelligence.This study conducted a questionnaire survey among 196 newly enrolled postgraduate students at Xiangya School of Medicine,Central South University to investigate students’perspectives on basic knowledge of AI,predictions regarding AI’s impact on medical professions,and the application of AI in medical education.The results revealed that 95.6%of students expressed interest in AI,while only 26.1%understood its basic computational principles,and 35.6%had received AI-related education.Participants predicted that specialties such as Medical Administration,Pathology,Occupational and Environmental Medicine,Radiology,and Public Health would be most significantly impacted by AI,whereas Surgery,Emergency Medicine,Anesthesiology,Pediatrics,and Psychiatry would be least affected.Notably,93.0%of students believed AI would play a major role in medicine.Concerns about AI replacing medical professions were reported by 15.4%of respondents,66.7%remained neutral about AI’s impact on physicians’roles,and 17.8%expressed no concern.Effectively integrating AI into medical education through multi-dimensional approaches poses a significant challenge,warranting further in-depth research.
