摘要
加强儿科医学人才队伍建设,是儿科医院高质量发展的关键。笔者以南京某儿科医院为例,总结该院人才队伍建设面临的形势与问题,阐述其儿科医学人才队伍建设的实践与探索,进一步提出儿科医学人才队伍建设优化实施路径,强调需精准定位引才、分类施策育才、创新机制用才及多重保障留才,旨在为儿科医院乃至更广泛医疗机构的高质量发展提供人才指导与实践参考,促进构建具有国际竞争力的卓越儿童专科医院。
Strengthening the construction of pediatric medical talent teams is key to the high-quality development of pediatric hospitals.Using a pediatric hospital in Nanjing as an example,this paper summarizes the challenges and problems faced in talent team building,elaborates on the practices and explorations of pediatric medical talent development,and further proposes optimized implementation paths.It emphasizes accurate talent recruitment,differentiated training strategies,innovative talent utilization mechanisms,and multiple guarantees to retain talent.The goal is to provide talent guidance and practical references for the high-quality development of pediatric hospitals and broader medical institutions,promoting the creation of an internationally competitive,outstanding children’s specialty hospital.
