摘要
首先,提出了一种基于数字孪生体的水电装备运维数据治理方法。该方法采用资产管理壳技术定义装备数字孪生体元模型,并依托于元模型和全领域数据空间方法,以及水电装备数字孪生体动态构建方法,实现水电装备全生命周期数据、功能行为模型及关联关系的高效治理。其次,通过案例研究验证了该方法在水电装备运维管理中的应用效果,证明其能够提高设备的运维效率,减少故障发生率,并为决策提供数据支持。
This paper proposes a data governance method for hydroelectric equipment operation and maintenance based on digital twins.The method utilizes Asset Administration Shell(AAS)technology to define the digital twin metamodel of the equipment.Relying on the metamodel and the proposed full-domain data space method,it presents a dynamic construction method for the digital twin of hydroelectric equipment.It enables efficient governance of the entire lifecycle data,functional behavior models,and relationships of the equipment.A case study demonstrates the application of the proposed method in hydroelectric equipment operation and maintenance,proving that it can improve operation efficiency,reduce failure rates,and provide data support for decision-making.
