摘要
长沙马王堆汉墓出土的《五十二病方》是我国现存最早的方书,其记载的皮肤疾病及论治内容承载着秦汉时期荆楚地区的医学实践智慧,如外敷法、热熨法等治法以及黄芩、蛇床子等药物至今仍用于皮肤疾病的治疗。本文通过筛选《五十二病方》中与皮肤相关的疾病、治法与药物,结合特定历史背景,总结其中治疗皮肤疾病的经验,发现其病因、诊疗思路与荆楚地区多湿多虫的地理气候特点密切相关,体现了中医学整体观念和天人相应等思想,为现代临床治疗皮肤疾病提供历史依据和诊疗思路。
Wu Shi Er Bing Fang(Formulas for Fifty-two Diseases),unearthed from Mawangdui Han Dynasty Tombs in Changsha,is the earliest extant formula book in China.The recorded contents of skin diseases and their treatment within it embody the medical practical wisdom of the Jing-Chu region during the Qin and Han Dynasties.Therapeutic methods such as external application and hot medicated compress therapy,as well as Chinese herbal medicine like Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)and Shechuangzi(Cnidii Fructus),are still utilized in the treatment of skin diseases today.This article summarizes the experiences in treating skin diseases by screening skin-related diseases,treatment methods,and medicines documented in Wu Shi Er Bing Fang(Formulas for Fifty-two Diseases),while taking into account the specific historical background.It is found that the etiologies and diagnostic-therapeutic approaches are closely related to the humid and insect-prone geographical and climatic characteristics of the Jing-Chu region,reflecting the holistic concept and the principle of man-nature correspondence in TCM.This provides historical evidence and diagnostic-therapeutic insights for modern clinical treatment of skin diseases.
