摘要
目的:通过数据挖掘技术建立《滇南本草》中祛风湿药物数据库,分析、总结《滇南本草》祛风湿药物特点及云南地方特色。方法:选取《滇南本草》中符合纳入标准和药物选择标准的祛风湿药物,通过频次、关联规则分析,完成药物的药性统计,功效、主治统计,药理作用统计,药味在药性组合层面的共性分析,祛风湿功效、主治与现代药理之间的分析。结果:《滇南本草》中祛风湿药物四气以性温最多,约占总量的33.33%;五味以辛、苦多见,占总药物比值42.85%。功效主要是通经络,共34味药;主治以筋骨疼痛最多,共47味药。药理作用中以镇痛最为多见为44次,其次为抗炎31次,免疫调节14次。在四气与主治中,药物温性与四肢挛急、腰膝酸痛、四肢不仁、筋骨痿软、风寒湿痹、筋骨疼痛6种主治指标的关联性较高,支持度为55.22%;在五味与主治中,辛与四肢挛急、四肢不仁、筋骨痿软、风寒湿痹、筋骨疼痛5种主治指标的关联性较高,支持度为45.07%;在药理作用与主治中,镇痛与四肢不仁、筋骨痿软、风寒湿痹、筋骨疼痛4种主治指标的关联性较高,支持度为85.71%。结论:《滇南本草》中祛风湿药物性味以性温,味辛、苦多见,功效主要是通经络、强筋骨、祛风湿、止痛,药理作用以镇痛、抗炎、免疫调节为主。研究《滇南本草》祛风湿药物功效、主治与药理作用间的关系,为中药的现代药理机制研究提供方向。
Objective:To establish a database of anti rheumatic drugs in Diannan Bencao through data mining technology,analyze and summarize the characteristics of anti rheumatic drugs in Diannan Bencao and the local characteristics of Yunnan.Methods:Selected the drugs that met the inclusion criteria for dispelling wind and dampness in Diannan Bencao.After selecting the drugs according to the drug selection criteria,frequency and association rule analysis were used to complete the drug property statistics,efficacy and indication statistics,pharmacological action statistics,common analysis of drug tasted at the level of drug property combination,and analysis of the relationship between dispelling wind and dampness efficacy,indication and modern pharmacology.Results:Research had found that in the book Diannan Bencao,the four Qi medicines for dispelling wind and dampness had the highest proportion in terms of sexual temperature,accounting for approximately 33.33%of the total.The five flavors were mainly spicy and bitter,accounting for 42.85%of the total medicinal ingredients.The main function was to unblock meridians,with a total of 34 medicinal herbs.The main treatment was muscle and bone pain,with a total of 47 medicines.Among pharmacological effects,analgesia was the most common at 44 times,followed by anti-inflammatory at 31 times,and immune regulation at 14 times.In terms of the four Qi and treatment indicators,the correlation between medication warmth and six treatment indicators,including limb spasms,waist and knee pain,limb numbness,muscle and bone weakness,wind cold dampness,and muscle and bone pain,was relatively high,with a support rate of 55.22%.Among the five flavors and indications,there was a high correlation between Xin and the five indicators of limb spasms,limb numbness,muscle and bone weakness,wind cold dampness,and muscle and bone pain,with a support rate of 45.07%.In terms of pharmacological effects and indications,there was a high correlation between pain relief and the four indicators of limb numbness,muscle and bone weakness,wind cold dampness,and muscle and bone pain,with a support rate of 85.71%.Conclusion:The medicinal properties of the dispelling wind and dampness drugs in Diannan Bencao are warm in nature,with more pungent and bitter in taste.The main effects are to clear meridians,strengthen muscles and bones,dispel wind and dampness,and relieve pain.The pharmacological effects are mainly focused on pain relief,anti-inflammatory,and immune regulation.Obtaining the relationship between the efficacy,indications,and pharmacological effects of wind dampness dispelling drugs in Diannan Bencao provides direction for the modern pharmacological mechanism research of traditional Chinese medicine.
